Kari Lake Speaks to 500 Republicans at Joint District Meeting; Unanimous Resolutions

Over 500 county Republican party members and guests gathered at the Cabot Event Center to unanimously approve three Resolutions and enjoy keynote speaker Kari Lake at a joint meeting of Congressional Districts 1 and 2 on Saturday, July 15.

Here’s how the first-ever joint District meeting of Arkansas Republicans began:

Unanimous Resolutions:

Attendees unanimously approved a Resolution brought from the floor to endorse Donald J. Trump as the Republican Party’s 2024 presidential nominee, as well as the two Resolutions on the agenda:

  • Resolution opposing the persecution of President Donald J. Trump
  • Resolution calling on the Republican Party of Arkansas to reverse its recent decision to raise the filing fee for U.S. Representative to $30,000

Major Keith Blandford of South Carolina (Republican primary challenger of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham) emphasized the importance of the work before us:

Breakout Sessions:

After the meeting opened with group prayer and before Lake took the stage, attendees enjoyed a box supper and breakout sessions featuring local and out-of-town speakers on the weaponization of the DOJ/FOIA, pornographic books in public libraries, the financial system “de-dollarization,” election fraud, the 2024 ground game, and Hunter Biden’s laptop.
