State Representative David Ray recently joined others to oppose President Biden’s “Dangerous” Executive Order 14019:

Biden’s executive order directs all federal agencies to use taxpayer resources to engage in voter registration and mobilization. This is done under the guise of increasing voter participation, but (of course) in reality, it is just an excuse to use your taxpayer money to finance voter mobilization and turnout efforts that will likely benefit Democrats seeking office.
Increased voter participation is a good thing, and I have passed multiple bills to increase voter participation in Arkansas by eliminating shady and sneaky special elections as well as requiring voter approval for new A&P taxes. But I have zero confidence in this federal government to conduct these activities in a genuinely non-partisan way.
